We will be applying a patch to our Kerio Connect 1 and 3 servers which will fix mapping shared mailboxes in Outlook 2010 as well as improve reliability with the Kerio Outlook Connector auto-configuration tool. We plan on running the update this Saturday, July 24th at 12:00 am PST. Estimated disruption will be about 5 minutes. If possible, please quit any open applications (Apple Mail, iCal, Address Book, Outlook, etc.) Friday night. You will be able to resume services immediately after the update has been applied. During this update, your inbound messages will collect in our firewalls and will be delivered once the servers are back online.
